Mr. Sanders has been active in the agricultural sector in the DRC and African Continent since 1991. Maintained high-level relationships and developed leading agricultural programs through Globagro and humanitarian global security aide.

Lawrence M. Acton
Chief Operating Officer, Global Mergers & Acquisitions

Mr Acton has over 25 years of Capital Markets experience.

Most recently Mr. Acton served as Managing Director, Global Equity Trading at CIBC World Markets. While at CIBC, Mr. Acton served on the Global Risk Committee and the Global Leadership team.

Prior to CIBC, Mr. Acton was Managing Director, Canadian Cash Trading at UBS Investment Bank.

Mr. Acton has led corporate mandates totalling billions of dollars in the precious metals, energy sector and diversified industrial space to name a few.

Dr. Luc C. Duchesne
Chief Science Officer

Dr. Duchesne, 59, is a pioneer in cannabis research and development with in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the plant’s lifecycle,its medicinal application and regulatory aspects. He holds a PhD from the University of Guelph, a Masters’ degree from the University of Toronto and a bachelor’s degree from Laval University. Following his doctorate, he pursued three Post-doctoral specializations. He is president of the Franco- American University of Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Dr Duchesne has worked in various capacities as a scientist in the government, university and private sectors. He enjoys a distinguished career with numerous publications, lectures and awards. He began working on terpene biosynthesis in 1993, and advanced natural products research and development on a global basis in both the government and private sector since then.

He has taught in various universities throughout his career, the author of 85 peer-reviewed books, chapters in books and scientific articles and over 200 non-peer reviewed articles in various venues. He has received numerous awards and distinctions for his work in science and business including the 5NR Science Awards to Leaders in Sustainable from the Government of Canada.

Dr Duchesne is a leader in the medical cannabis sector drawing from his comprehensive experience as a senior scientist in fields such as nanotechnology, industrial chemistry, natural medicines, agriculture, forestry and mining to name a few. As team member of Instadose Pharma, Dr Duchesne contributes his vast knowledge and experience in bridging science and business to bring shareholder value.

Specializes in working with Export Credit Agencies for Infrastructure financing.

Ann Barnes
Executive VP, Global Product Development

In September 2019, Ann Barnes joined Instadose Pharma as Executive Vice President, Global Product Development in anticipation of the worldwide expansion of cannabis and hemp derived retail products.

Ms. Barnes began her legal career acting as In-house and General Counsel for numerous public and privately held companies including Manulife Financial; Cott Corporation; Alliance Atlantis and Insight Sports.

In addition to her corporate legal background, Ms. Barnes has extensive hemp and cannabis experience. As an active entrepreneur, in 2013 Ms. Barnes founded and operated the world’s first privately held medically licensed cannabis facility: the Peace Naturals Project Inc., which has been subsequently bought by Cronos and the Altria Group. Prior to the Canadian legalization of cannabis, Ms. Barnes also owned and operated one of North America’s first hemp-based superfood companies. Her passion for plants is most recently reflected in her launch of a natural plant-based supplement company, Edica Naturals, which includes a CBD line.

Ms. Barnes is a well-respected plant-based personality, hemp and cannabis activist and public speaker. She has written extensively for various health and wellness publications, has appeared on numerous radio and television shows and has published two best-selling health and wellness books. Most recently, Ms. Barnes’s TED Talk video received over 500K views and has been transcribed and translated into Arabic.

In 2018, Ms. Barnes became an independent member of the Board of Directors of Earth Alive Clean Technologies Inc. (a soil regeneration-based company) and is Chair of the Human Resource Committee. From 2013-2017, Ms. Barnes acted as the Chair and Director of Peace Naturals Project Inc.

Ms. Barnes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from York University (Hons. BA), and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Windsor (LLB).

Loren S. Greenspoon, JD, LLB
Chief Legal Officer

Legal background specializing in corporate law, securities, corporate finance & mergers and acquisitions.

Experienced entrepreneur across multiple industries including technology, media, mining, and cannabis.

U.S. law degree from Michigan State University.   Canadian legal degree from University of Ottawa.

Andres Valencia
Director of Global Management

Mr. Valencia is a huge asset to the Instadose Pharma team as he Specializes in international business and logistics development. Having acquired his Professional in Business Administration from the prestigious Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia, Mr Valencia brings more than 15 years of experience advising the planning, organization and direction of several companies in developing countries around the world, helping them to achieve expansions in international markets.

Terry Wilshire
Chief Risk Officer

Responsible for Global Risk assessment and Corporate Social Responsibility at Instadose Pharm Corp.

Mr. Wilshire has over 40 years’ experience in Enterprise Risk analysis, management and design, Fraud mitigation, Big Data, Customer/Vendor and Market strategies.

Most recently,  Mr. Wilshire served as Director at TransUnion of Canada for 25 years and was designated the only Industry Expert in North America. Prior to that he held roles of increasing responsibility at Dun and Bradstreet for 15 years including Regional Director. He has served and chaired many different industry boards.

Mr. Wilshire holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Manitoba and has achieved numerous accomplishments/ awards over the years in Risk and Fraud Guardianship, Marketing, Credit, Identity Management, Risk based pricing solutions, Revenue over-achievement and background screening.
